MyRoomBoard keeps clinic setup information such as the clinic name, room names, and practitioner details. Patient names, session activity, visit history, and temporary board records are removed when staff select Done.
Does MyRoomBoard store medical charts or clinical records?
No. MyRoomBoard is a clinic room-flow tool, not an electronic medical record system. It does not store medical charts, diagnoses, treatment notes, insurance details, or other clinical-record information.
How is clinic data protected?
Each clinic operates in its own isolated account environment. Data is protected using encrypted connections, and access should be limited to authorized clinic team members.
What can our privacy or compliance lead review?
